Full-Time -Day Shift
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Admissions Nurse to join our detox and residential treatment team. This role is responsible for completing nursing assessments, coordinating admissions, and helping clients safely begin treatment in a supportive behavioral health environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse seeking:
Complete nursing intake assessments and admissions
Obtain vitals, medication history, and medical history
Conduct urine drug screens and admission testing
Coordinate admissions with medical and clinical teams
Monitor clients during intake and identify medical concerns
Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Provide compassionate and professional client care throughout the admissions process
Active Wisconsin RN license in good standing
Strong assessment and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detox, behavioral health, psych, ER, or addiction treatment experience preferred but not required
