What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech, Communication Disorders, or a related field (SLPA license not required in Virginia)
- Previous experience supporting speech-language services in a school environment is highly valued
- Strong teamwork, time management, and communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Work alongside certified Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver high-quality speech and language interventions
- Support students in achieving their IEP communication goals through individualized and group activities
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and session details
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to maximize student outcomes
- Adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs across campus locations
