Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team supporting a government client. Job Responsibilities
As a Sr. ServiceNow Developer, you will:
- Design and implement solutions for new application improvements.
- Coordinate integration of ServiceNow modules, APIs, and user interfaces.
- Provide ongoing support and peer reviews throughout sprints.
- Lead investigations into production issues and complete technical tickets.
- Remediate O&M defects and develop solutions for new requirements.
- Ensure successful implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow applications.
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.
- Associate degree or Equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, React, HTML, CSS, and AJAX.
- Experience leveraging ITSM and NowCreate toolsets to develop custom-scoped applications.
- Experience working in Agile development environments, and strong knowledge of Agile methodology and concepts.
- Understanding of database concepts, including SQL.
- Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
Desired Qualifications:
- Candidates with current or prior Public Trust Suitability Determination at a federal agency preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge and prior experience using UI Path automation tools.
- Active ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) credential
- Active or prior ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) credential
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships, with emphasis on adaptability and integration of dynamic requirements to deliver client success.
- Continuous learning focus; maintaining solid understanding of the current/future ServiceNow platform capabilities and how they may be leveraged to address client challenges.
