Job Purpose:
The Director will be responsible for managing daily club operations and sustaining a competitive and successful club program in Chicago suburbs. The candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership and communication skills at a high level, be highly motivated and passionate about the sport and teaching it to others.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing Day-to-Day Club Operations: Oversee the club program, manage & train coaching staff, communicate with Pipeline vendors, club athletes and families.
- Girls National Program: Create, organize, and lead all program practices. Assist athletes with the recruiting process. Travel to overnight events; limited to 3-4 overnight, National level events primarily in the midwest and AAU National Championships in June.
- Additional Duties: Staffing, marketing, registration.
About Pipeline:
Pipeline was created in 2010 to offer high level volleyball to boys in the surrounding Chicago suburbs. In 2017, the program expanded to include girls. In the 2025-26 season alone, Pipeline housed over 70 teams and provided an elite volleyball experience to over a thousand families. Offering the traditional club seasons, youth programming, sand, and various skills and clinics over the course of the year, Pipeline strives to help athletes become the best versions of themselves, both on and off the court.
Work along side Directors BJ Boldog, Stephanie Holthus-Boldog, Matthew McCarthy, Kaden Dolbee, and Sarah Lezon to continue to improve club systems, processes, and the positive impact that we can have on our athletes.
