Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Conduct outbound calling and telemarketing efforts to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Engage in inside sales activities, including product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on sales performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify market trends and develop targeted campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate software solutions.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products in the market.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on technology or software sales preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing sales processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify business opportunities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong customer service orientation.
