Nuthera Brand Ambassador
Reports to The Brand Manager is the direct supervisor of this role.
Brand Ambassadors act as the face of the company during dispensary pop-ups, store drop-ins, budtender educations and events. The ideal candidate will embody our brand values, possess excellent communication skills, social, outgoing, able to work independently, be a self starter, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry. Brand Ambassador must have reliable transportation, be willing to drive long distances and can accommodate overnight trips.
Responsibilities:
● Engage with customers and dispensary staff at pop-ups, events, dispensaries, and other promotional opportunities to educate them about our products and brand.
● Create a memorable and positive experience for consumers by engaging with potential consumers, promoting sales, and educating staff and consumers about Nuthera products.
● Punctuality is key - Brand Ambassadors must arrive 15 minutes prior to pop-ups for set-up time.
● Set up and break down event and or pop-up materials, including tents, tables, and promotional materials.
● Maintain a professional and knowledgeable demeanor while representing the company in a variety of settings
● Extensive understanding of cannabis and all products cultivated and manufactured by Nuthera. Brand Ambassadors must be able to educate dispensary staff, and consumers.
● Pack and organize belongings for pop-ups, events and store drops.
● Complete the ‘Pop-Up Form’ after each pop-up. Pop-Up Form
● Attend and have notes prepared at the weekly Brand Ambassador meetings.
● Report expenses and mileage.
● Drive to dispensaries in their designated region to perform pop-ups, store drop-ins, budtender educations and events.
● Attend cannabis community events.
Brand Ambassador General Requirements:
● Must be at least 21 years old
● Possess a very outgoing and captivating personality with a passion for engaging with people.
● Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate product information clearly and effectively.
● Ability to lift and carry at least 50lbs.
● Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
● Knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations (preferred but not required).
● Must have reliable transportation to travel to various event locations
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Part time / 20-25 hours per week (will vary)
This job requires hours outside of normal business hours. This position does require some evening and weekend work depending on the event schedule. Brand Ambassadors are frequently traveling around Missouri within their designated region, some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.

Based out of greater St.Louis area
Territory includes but not limited to: Northeast, East Central, Southeast Missouri
Work Environment:
There may be early mornings or late nights and work will primarily be performed
out of the office and at dispensaries or other industry events. This position will
require flexible hours and your own reliable transportation.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to
communicate effectively. The employee frequently is required to set up heavy
equipment, move boxes, folding tables, bins of merchandise, tents, banners, and
other materials as needed. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such
as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Must be
able to stand and talk with others for up to 4 - 6 hours at a time.

$20/hr
