Substitute Teachers Payrate: $125.00 per day
Responsibilities:
- Substitute Teachers are expected to provide the best learning environment possible for students and should demonstrate the highest professional behavior at all times.
- Be familiar with teaching methods that focus on student learning and growth.
- Demonstrate a high level of knowledge on district curricula.
- Observe and report inappropriate behavior, accidents, or injuries to administrators.
- Attend staff meetings and receive training from school administrators.
- Provide classroom support for students as needed.

Teacher
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive and welcoming classroom environment.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs within the classroom.
- Model the ideas that embrace diversity and inclusivity while promoting social and emotional development by encouraging positive peer interactions.
A full-time paraeducator may also be referred to as paraprofessional, 1:1 aide, education technician, teacher aide, instructional assistant, classroom assistant, education assistant, learning support assistant, and teaching assistant.
