Key Responsibilities:
-
Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
-
Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
-
Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring timely reordering.

Assist in a preventative maintenance schedule to minimize future issues.

Assist with unit turns, ensuring apartments are move-in ready on schedule.
Qualifications:
-
Proven experience as in maintenance, preferably in a multi-family housing setting.

Excellent communication skills.
-
Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.

Proficiency in using maintenance management software is a plus.
-
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
