Job Overview
We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Lead Remodeling Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with residential remodeling experience who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates well with homeowners, and can lead projects while working alongside the owner.
This is a hands-on position—not a desk job. You’ll be expected to complete high-quality work, solve problems on the job site, and help keep projects moving efficiently.
Responsibilities
● Perform residential remodeling and repair work
● Lead projects on-site while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship
● Read and follow project scopes and plans
● Communicate professionally with homeowners
● Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
● Train and assist helpers as the company grows
● Identify problems and recommend practical solutions
● Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet company standards
● Work independently with minimal supervision after training
Qualifications
● 3+ years of residential remodeling or construction experience preferred
● Experience with several of the following:
● Drywall
● Painting
● Trim and finish carpentry
● Flooring (LVP, laminate, hardwood)
● Door and window installation
● Cabinet installation
● Basic framing
● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
● Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
● Strong work ethic with attention to detail
● Honest, dependable, and professional
