About the Role:
We’re looking for motivated Class A CDL drivers who want to get into flatbed work. If you don’t have flatbed experience yet, no problem — we’ll get you fully trained. The training is paid and usually takes about 4–6 weeks, after which you’ll be running solo and earning full mileage pay.
What You Can Expect:
- Paid training program (4–6 weeks)
- Mileage pay: 65 CPM up to 4,000 miles per week, 70 CPM after that
- Weekly take-home in the range of $2,000–$2,200 (depending on miles)
- Newer trucks — mostly Kenworths and Peterbilts
- Typical schedule: out 2–3 weeks at a time, then home for 5–6 days
- Orientation is quick and straightforward — we’ll fly you in and get you set up in just one day
- ESCROW account of $1,500, spread over 10 weeks at $150/week. It’s fully yours to keep if you leave on good terms with notice.
What We’re Looking For:
- A valid Class A CDL
- Current Medical Card
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Willingness to stay out on the road for 2–3 weeks at a time
- A good attitude and motivation to learn flatbed operations
