IMMEDIATE NEED FOR OFFSHORE DAY COOKS & NIGHT COOKS
Established oilfield services catering company seeking Offshore Cooks.
We require customer service, accommodating client requests while maintaining a clean and safe galley.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare healthy and appealing meals
- Maintain accurate inventory
- Menu planning
- Lead galley staff
Requirements:
- TWIC Card Required MUST
- Valid picture ID
Pay: $1,166.00 - $1,272.00 per week
Essential Functions:
- Offshore facilities experience forces from heat, cold, wind, waves, and currents, prompting them potential for sea sickness/motion sickness.
- Ability to multi-task, take direction, and be a team player.
- Ability to work with composure under pressure.
- Ability to speak, read, and understand basic cooking recipes and adhere to directions.quickly climbing up a ladder, opening, and passing through a 20” diameterhatch.up to 50 lbs.of time.
- Ability to work minimium of 12 hours per day.
- Ability to stand for your entire shift.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift
- Ability to frequently bend, squat and reach.
- Ability to live and work on board an offshore facility for extended periods
- Ability to use stairs frequently.
