Our mission is to elevate the member experience through hospitality, wellness, and fun. Whether it’s someone’s first time trying padel or their daily workout ritual, our team ensures every visit feels personal, welcoming, and inspiring.
About the Role
As a Front Desk Associate, you’re the first impression of Padel Up. You’ll be the friendly face that greets every member and guest, keeps operations running smoothly, and ensures our space looks and feels top-notch.
This role is perfect for someone friendly, detail-oriented, and passionate about fitness and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Member & Guest Experience
- Greet all members and guests warmly and professionally
- Check in players using the PlayByPoint system
- Handle bookings, payments, and guest waivers
- Offer tours to prospective members and share membership perks
- Assist with gear rentals and towel service
Daily Operations
- Open and close the facility following the standard checklist
- Keep the front desk, courts, and lounge organized and clean
- Restock merchandise, towels, and beverages
- Support coaches and ensure all scheduled sessions run smoothly
- Communicate effectively with management about any facility needs
Sales & Membership Support
- Understand and explain our Founding Membership Program and benefits
- Promote memberships, clinics, and events to visitors
- Process sales of pro shop merchandise and refreshments
Who You Are
- Energetic, personable, and reliable
- Passionate about health, sports, and community experiences
- Strong communicator who enjoys connecting with people
- Comfortable multitasking in a lively, fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (POS systems, scheduling platforms)
- Previous experience in hospitality, fitness, or customer service is a plus
