· Read production schedules and determine materials needed
· Read material sheet tags and determine material types and gauges
· Match part(s) with corresponding travelers
· Move part(s) with travelers to next operation, meeting assigned due dates
· Keep work environment clean, safe and orderly
· Meet and maintain quality and performance expectations including efficiencies and productivity
standards
· Measure work piece dimensions to determine accuracy
· Operate forklift and other equipment using all safety precautions and regulations
· Identify areas for process improvement, cost and waste reduction
· Communicate and work well with other departments and team members regarding accurate and
timely completion of projects
· Demonstrate initiative
· Manage time efficiently
