Join our dynamic team as a Barista and a Coffee bar tender and become the heart of our exceptional Speciality Coffee shop! In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding guest service by taking orders, preparing drinks and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. As a key member of our hospitality team, you’ll also promote sales through upselling techniques and maintain the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and answer questions about food, beverages, and specials with enthusiasm.
- Take accurate orders using POS systems
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments via OpenTable or other POS platforms.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols.
- Drinks preparation demonstrating culinary experience and food industry knowledge.
- Support nightly closing procedures including cleaning, restocking supplies, and completing reports related to service activities.
- Previous Coffee shop experience in fine dining or casual settings is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems Toast will be a plus point
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Experience in food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations is essential.
- Dish washing and bathrooms hygeine is essential part of the job
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
