Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior Controller who does more than report the numbers. The right candidate will identify problems, control costs, improve financial processes, and provide management with clear recommendations that improve profitability and financial performance.
This is a senior-level, hands-on accounting position requiring strong technical accounting knowledge and the ability to independently perform the responsibilities of the role.
We are looking for candidates with demonstrated, practical experience in financial reporting, GAAP, reconciliations, cost accounting, financial controls, budgeting, and financial analysis—not simply exposure to these areas.
Please apply only if your experience has prepared you to step into this role and perform these responsibilities with a high degree of independence. Candidates should be prepared to discuss specific examples of their experience and demonstrate their accounting knowledge during the interview process.
