Team Lead – Early Childhood Education
We’re looking for a strong Early Childhood Team Lead who is ready to step into leadership!
Are you the teacher everyone goes to when they need help? Do you know how to keep a classroom running smoothly, support your fellow teachers, and step up when leadership isn’t in the building?
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead who has experience working in a 2- or 3-classroom environment and is ready to be a strong support for both teachers and administration.
What You’ll Do
- Support and mentor teachers throughout the day
- Help maintain consistency, classroom expectations, and quality care
- Assist teachers with classroom challenges and daily routines
- Help ensure classrooms remain organized, staffed, and running smoothly
- Step in and provide coverage or support when needed
- Communicate effectively with teachers, families, and leadership
- Help manage the school during the late afternoon/closing hours
- Make sure end-of-day procedures, staffing, ratios, and classroom needs are handled appropriately
- Serve as a reliable point of contact when the Director or Assistant Director is not available
- Help create a positive, team-oriented work environment
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has strong early childhood classroom experience
- Has experience working in a **2- or 3-classroom. **
- Has demonstrated leadership experience or is ready to take the next step into leadership
- Is confident helping and coaching other teachers
- Can make good decisions independently
- Is dependable, organized, and professional
- Communicates well and knows how to handle difficult situations calmly
- Can confidently lead the school during the late afternoon
- Understands that being a Team Lead means supporting the entire team—not just one classroom
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
