Position Summary
The Logistics & Event Support Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring every event runs smoothly. From transporting equipment and assisting with event setup to supporting kitchen operations and deliveries, this position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of an exceptional hospitality team.
ResponsibilitiesTransportation & Logistics
- Deliver meals and catering orders
- Load and unload equipment and supplies
- Transport rentals and event materials
- Assist with event setup and breakdown
- Drive to event locations as needed
Event Support
- Set up buffet lines and serving stations
- Arrange tables, décor, and equipment
- Assist with rental coordination
- Maintain organization during events
Kitchen Assistance
- Wash dishes and kitchen equipment
- Package meal prep orders
- Assist with food preparation
- Organize supplies and maintain cleanliness
Team Support
- Assist wherever needed during events
- Support kitchen staff
- Travel with the catering team
- Represent the company professionally with clients
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent work ethic and reliability
- Comfortable working weekends and evenings
- Strong communication skills
