- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products using tools such as micrometers and vision inspection systems.
- Perform quality audits to ensure compliance with ISO 13485 standards and FDA regulations.
- Collect and analyze data related to product quality and performance, documenting findings accurately.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in fabrication processes and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, audits, and quality control measures taken.
- Assist in the development and refinement of quality management systems to enhance overall product quality.
Skills
- Proficiency in using measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers for precise inspections.
- Familiarity with vision inspection systems for automated quality checks.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 standards and FDA regulations related to quality control in manufacturing.
- Experience in conducting quality inspections and audits effectively.
