We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our dynamic team. This vital role ensures the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas, supporting our culinary staff and maintaining the high standards of hygiene and efficiency that define our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.
<Duties>
- Efficiently clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold sanitation standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and organizing supplies to support kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness in all food service areas, including dining rooms, kitchens, and storage spaces.
- Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all dishware and utensils are prepared and cleaned promptly.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Help with general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal, to maintain a tidy environment.
<Qualifications>
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and food handling safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a hospitality setting.
