Teach independent living skills to adults with intellectual and physical disabilities in their homes and within the community.

Support clients with daily living activities such as budgeting, using public transportation, and managing appointments.

Assist clients with medication routines and accompany them to necessary appointments.

Promote the development of social skills and encourage positive community interactions.

Encourage healthy leisure activities and effective use of free time.

Guide and support clients in developing self-advocacy skills.

Help clients enhance their financial management abilities and safeguard against exploitation.

Facilitate the acquisition and improvement of adaptive skills and behaviors.

Plan and participate in community-based activities as part of the Social Wellness Program, including Saturdays.

High school diploma or GED required.

Valid California Drivers License for at least 2 years.

Basic computer and technology skills.

Reliable transportation; driving is required.

$23.00 per hour, EXPECTED START RATE
