Position Summary
The Field Operations Supervisor at WCCTV is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations within an assigned regional hub, ensuring production, inventory, field support, facility management, and operational activities are executed efficiently and in alignment with company standards. This role serves as the operational leader for the hub, balancing customer needs, operational efficiency, and business objectives while maintaining readiness of equipment, inventory accuracy, quality standards, and facility operations. The position requires a highly versatile professional capable of managing production workflows, inventory controls, field operations support, employee development, and site performance while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.Why WCCTV? Key Responsibilities
· Oversee all day-to-day operations of the regional hub, ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and operational performance objectives are met.
· Manage production activities including the assembly, testing, repair, refurbishment, and deployment readiness of CCTV systems, camera kits, and surveillance trailers.
· Ensure all equipment meets functional and quality standards prior to deployment.
· Maintain production schedules and ensure adequate resources are available to support customer demand.
· Manage inventory levels of finished goods, trailers, components, and spare parts to ensure operational readiness and customer fulfillment.
· Perform and coordinate monthly cycle counts, inventory audits, and asset tracking while maintaining accurate inventory records and controls.
· Coordinate with Inventory, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to maintain material availability and inventory accuracy.
· Troubleshoot, repair, and manage field-returned equipment, ensuring repairable assets are returned to service and non-repairable assets are routed appropriately.
· Support field operations activities as needed, including installations, decommissions, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support activities.
· Train and cross-train personnel on production, inventory, field operations, and hub management processes.
· Conduct skills assessments, support onboarding efforts, and identify developmental opportunities for employees.
· Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, mentoring, and performance guidance to hub personnel and future direct reports.
· Maintain hub facilities, including cleanliness, organization, safety, maintenance coordination, and security.
· Establish controls, reporting processes, and performance measurements to drive operational improvements and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, health and safety requirements, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Electronics, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
· 5–7 years of experience in operations, production, inventory management, field service, or related technical environments.
· Experience working with CCTV, surveillance systems, low-voltage systems, electronics, or related technologies preferred.
· Demonstrated experience managing inventory, production processes, and operational workflows.
· Experience troubleshooting and repairing technical equipment preferred.
· Strong understanding of inventory controls, asset management, and cycle count processes.
· Ability to train, mentor, and develop employees in operational and technical functions.
· Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, inventory tracking systems, and operational reporting tools.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
This position operates primarily in a professional office environment and may require occasional travel to company locations. The role requires the ability to remain seated for extended periods and to occasionally lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds. This position may also perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational needs.
Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
