Practice Overview

Join a collegial primary care team with physicians and experienced APP support

Schedule

4-day work week (40 hours) in an outpatient clinic setting

Compensation & Benefits

$300,000 base salary + Production (documented earnings $380K-$400K)

$50,000 sign-on bonus plus $30,000/year retention bonus for 3 years

Additional earning streams: APP supervision stipend ($18K per APP/year), patient satisfaction bonus (2% of base )
