Electronics Testing and Repair Technician
Location: Bensenville, IL
We're looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Electronics Repair Technician to join our fast-growing eCommerce business specializing in consumer electronics.

Primary Responsibilities
- Test and diagnose a wide variety of consumer electronics
- Perform precision soldering on circuit boards and electronic components
- Replace small components on cell phones, drones, gaming consoles, cameras, laptops, and other consumer electronics
- Troubleshoot electronic devices to identify faults and verify proper operation
- Perform component-level repairs using soldering and hand tools
- Ensure all products meet quality standards before being shipped to customers
Qualifications
- Strong soldering and microsoldering skills are required
- Ability to replace small electronic components with precision
- Experience using hot air rework stations, soldering irons, and multimeters
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
- Comfortable working with delicate electronics and small components
- Experience repairing cell phones, drones, laptops, gaming systems, or other consumer electronics is strongly preferred
- Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
- English required; Polish or another Eastern European language is a plus
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Flexible start and finish times available
