Putting World Scottsdale is looking to add creative and energetic bartenders to our team. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, have strong communication skills and be passionate about providing excellent service for our members and guests.The successful candidate will have extensive experience in preparing cocktails, handing out beers and mixing energy drinks. A motivated and hard-working Bartender is needed who can respond well to the fast pace of a bar. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Bartender who enjoys working with people and is interested in joining a hard-working team and growing professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with members and guests and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a safe and responsible manner
- Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Explain the preparation, ingredients, and taste of each drink ordered
- Have knowledge and be able to explain the difference between various liquors and brands
- Take orders and serve snacks, food and drinks
- Check guests identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Recognize signs of intoxication in customers
- Maintain bartender and bar area neat and clean at all times
- Answer questions about drinks and bartending techniques
- Stock ice, glassware, and supplies
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Be knowledgeable about other food items on the menu and the venue
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
