We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to support existing accounts, develop new business opportunities, and coordinate closely with engineering, planning, and production teams to deliver exceptional service.
What You’ll Do:
As a Inside Sales Representative your responsibilities will include:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive service and communication

Manage house accounts and support customer feedback, complaints, and resolutions

Process RFQs, coordinate with Engineering and Planning, and prepare customer quotes
-
Follow up on quotes, RMAs, pricing updates, and customer requests
-
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and prospect for new business
-
Maintain customer activity records and provide regular updates to management
-
Conduct customer outreach and support sales growth initiatives

Participate in customer-related problem-solving and complaint resolution activities
What We’re Looking For:
Required:
-
High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Associate’s Degree, some college coursework, or industrial inside sales experience preferred
-
Strong communication and customer service skills
-
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
-
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
-
Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information
-
Minimum 1 years in customer service
-
Proficiency in AutoCAD and working knowledge of AutoLISP
-
Strong knowledge of mold design (rubber/plastic, injection/compression)
-
Familiarity with machining processes and tooling
-
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
-
Experience working across multiple teams and vendors
Work Environment:
You’ll work in both manufacturing and office environments, using tools and equipment daily. PPE and steel-toed footwear are required.
Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday.
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
