About the Role
We're a small, tight-knit accounting team looking for a motivated and detail-oriented accounting leader to join us. This is a great opportunity for someone who has built a strong foundation in accounting and is ready to take ownership, contribute meaningfully, and grow with us. What You'll Do

Manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

Own and support the month-end close process, including journal entries and reconciliations

Prepare and analyze financial data reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement and help inform business decisions

Collaborate closely with a small team where your contributions are visible and valued

Help identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

1–3 years of hands-on accounting experience (internship or full-time); recent graduates with strong practical exposure are encouraged to apply

Working knowledge of AP, AR, and month-end close procedures

Proficiency with accounting software and Excel

Organized, detail focused, dependable, and eager to take initiative

Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small team environment
hours are 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. M-F
