Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding a vehicle that meets their needs
- Promote retail sales by demonstrating product features and benefits effectively
- Answer phone calls professionally and follow up on leads
- Process customer loan applications and financial transactions using specialized financial software
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Support the processing of loan applications and other financial services as needed
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential
- Basic math skills, including retail math are required
- Schedule is 4 days a week 8:30-5:30 and Saturdays 9:00-3:00 with flexibility available in scheduling for the right candidate
- Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills to engage customers confidently and professionally
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in banking, loan processing, or related financial services is advantageous but not mandatory
Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
