Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns.
- Perform facial treatments with expertise and care.
- Maintain a high standard of sanitation and cleanliness in work areas.
- Utilize strong communication skills to educate clients on skincare routines and products.
- Uphold professional standards and comply with all regulations related to esthetician practices.
- Must be able to meet product and add on sales goals
Requirements :
- Must hold a current Illinois Esthetics / Cosmetologist License
- Able to work flexible days and hours
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, demonstrate initiative and strong work ethic
- Previous Spa experience strongly desired
