Position Overview
Tipton Hyundai is expanding and hiring 5 driven Sales Consultants! Whether you're new to car sales or a seasoned pro, our structured onboarding and training program will help you succeed fast.
Location: Brownsville, TX
Schedule: Full-time | Flexible hours | Includes weekend availability

Responsibilities
- - Guide customers through the car buying process with professionalism and energy
- - Follow up on internet and phone leads
- - Build and maintain a "Circle of Influence" list (minimum 100 contacts)
- - Post twice daily on social media to promote inventory, events, or customer stories
- - Shadow experienced staff and attend ongoing training sessions
- - Use Tekion CRM for all customer interactions
Qualifications
- - Eager to learn, highly coachable
- - Strong communicator and relationship-builder
- - Confident on social media or open to learning
- - Well-groomed and professional
- - Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- - Valid driver's license & clean driving record
