In this role the Donor Engagement Manager plays a key role in advancing the mission of Jewish Home and Care Center Foundation by creating meaningful, engaging, and seamless experiences for donors and supporters. Reporting to the Foundation President, this position is responsible for planning and executing events, managing donor communications, and supporting fundraising campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have

Bachelor's degree in communication, nonprofit management, marketing or related field

At least three (3) years of experience fundraising, event planning, and donor relations

Be adapt at grant writing

Strong communication skills

Highly organized

Excellent IT skills and experience with CRM systems. Experience with Raiser's Edge is desirable

Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends
