We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a maintenance role. This position is responsible for helping keep facilities, equipment, and work areas operating safely, efficiently, and in excellent condition. - Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs on building systems, equipment, and fixtures.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general facility upkeep as assigned.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas before, during, and after completing tasks.
- Assist with equipment setup, relocation, and installation as needed.
- Identify potential safety hazards and report concerns promptly.
- Keep accurate records of completed work, materials used, and outstanding issues.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal team members when necessary.
- Support additional facilities or maintenance projects as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in maintenance, facilities, construction, or a related field is preferred.
- Working knowledge of common hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance practices.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve routine maintenance issues efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
- Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb, and stand for extended periods as required by the role.
