As a Dietary Server & Receiver, you will help ensure residents receive quality meal service while assisting with inventory, receiving deliveries, and maintaining an organized dietary department.
Our facility serves approximately 175 residents and includes:
- 1 Vent/Trach Unit
- 2 Short-Term Care Units
- 5 Long-Term Care Units

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Receive, inspect, and properly store food, beverages, and dietary supplies while ensuring accuracy and quality of deliveries.
- Maintain organized inventory and rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
- Serve meals and beverages to residents in a timely, courteous manner while following prescribed diets and dietary restrictions.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe kitchen, storage, and dining environment in compliance with food safety and infection control standards.
- Assist with food preparation, meal assembly, dishwashing, and other dietary department duties as needed to support daily operations.
Requirements:
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and navigate throughout a large facility while performing moderate lifting and carrying duties.
- Current Food Handler Permit required prior to hire.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background screening and E-Verify employment eligibility verification.

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
