What you’ll do
- Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
- Supervise and train staff in food preparation and customer service excellence.
- Oversee inventory control and manage stock levels to minimize waste while maximizing efficiency.
- Utilize POS system Toast for smooth transaction processing and reporting.
- Implement food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Develop and maintain budgets, monitor financial performance, and drive profitability.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, motivation, and leadership.
- Handle cash management processes including cash handling and reconciliation at the end of shifts.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced environment. (Fast food Restaurants EXLUDED)
- Strong background in food service management, including fine dining or casual dining experience.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in team management, training & development, and interviewing.
- Knowledge of food handling practices, culinary techniques, and kitchen management principles.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial oversight within the restaurant industry.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to creating memorable dining experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in supervising staff within the hospitality sector is preferred.
