Community Support Coach- CHOICE Crystal Lake
Location: Crystal Lake, IL
Hours: Part-Time
Monday & Tuesday: 8:30am-1:00pm (9 hours)
Pay: $21.35/hr + Paid Training!
Job Responsibilities:

Responsible to assist in the development and implementation of programming that promotes client independence and acquisition of functional skills.

Assist one individual served in community outings.

Assist in developing appropriate curriculum for implementing client program objectives and employment opportunities.

Hands on assistance to clients with activities of daily living which may include feeding and toileting.

Provide assistance to one individual who attends the day program
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver’s license required

Must be 21 years of age
