- Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company standards
- Ensure that rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels
- Ensure that rooms are fully stocked with soap, tissue, cups etc
- Understand and follow all safety and security protocols of the hotel
- Identify items that guests have left behind, and turn in and report items using lost and found procedures
- Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, and hours of operation
- Other duties as assigned
