Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring timely delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures to uphold food safety standards and restaurant hygiene
- Assist in setting up tables, refilling supplies, and ensuring the dining area remains inviting and organized
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate order accuracy and prompt service
- Handle guest inquiries professionally, resolving any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Follow all food safety management protocols to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Ability to operate POS systems efficiently for order processing and payments
- Capable of standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for extended periods during shifts
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
