Whether you’re serving up classic DQ treats, preparing food, or keeping the restaurant clean and welcoming, your positive attitude and strong work ethic will help create a great environment for our customers and your teammates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide fast, accurate, and friendly service to all customers
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Dairy Queen standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
- Follow food safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash and credit transactions
- Work as part of a team to meet customer satisfaction goals
- Assist with stocking, inventory, and other daily tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus, but not required – we’ll train the right person!
- Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
