What You’ll Do:

Efficiently complete assigned maintenance and repair orders, following dealership standards.

Conduct full multi-point inspections and provide estimates.

Collaborate with Service Advisors for smooth workflow and superior communication.

Inspect and test incoming new vehicles to flag any issues before delivery.

Provide excellent customer service by clearly communicating findings and updates.

Work cooperatively with the team to exceed guest expectations.

Stay current on the latest automotive technologies through ongoing formal training.
What You Bring:

High school diploma or GED; minimum 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Ability to understand and follow written guidelines.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Reliable tool kit (you supply your own), and computer proficiency.

Exceptional customer service and respect for guest vehicles—keeping them clean and treated well.

A tidy, organized work station and high standards of honesty, integrity, and work ethic.

Capable of prolonged manual tasks—lifting, bending, standing, squatting—and comfortable with manual-transmission vehicles.

Successful completion of background check, drug screen, and pre-employment testing.
