Job Description:
Join our project delivery team as an Associate, Project Execution, where you'll manage customer projects from concept to completion. This role offers hands-on experience coordinating teams, budgets, and timelines while ensuring quality delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
What will you do?

Manage end-to-end execution of customer projects, balancing timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Maintain compliance with quality processes, safety regulations, and reporting requirements throughout project lifecycles

Experience in project management, order management, customer project coordination, sales operations, customer success, account management, or similar customer-facing roles.

Electrical industry experience strongly preferred, including experience with power distribution, switchgear, electrical equipment, utility infrastructure, or related electrical solutions.

Proven experience managing projects, orders, or customer accounts from initiation through delivery.

Strong understanding of the customer order lifecycle, project execution, and stakeholder coordination.

Experience working directly with customers and managing expectations throughout complex projects or order fulfillment processes.

Ability to coordinate across multiple functions, including sales, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and customer support.

Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships and navigate challenging customer conversations.

Experience utilizing ERP, CRM, order management, or project management systems.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to identify potential project risks, communicate effectively, and drive timely resolution.

Bachelor's degree preferred, though equivalent professional experience will be considered.

Experience working within the electrical, utility, power systems, industrial manufacturing, or industrial automation industries.

Familiarity with electrical products, power distribution equipment, switchgear, control systems, or related technical products.

Experience supporting customers through complex product delivery, project execution, or order fulfillment processes.

Background in customer-facing roles that require frequent coordination between external customers and internal stakeholders.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 68,000 - USD 102,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
