Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Duties
- Set up and calibrate embroidery machines according to design specifications and production requirements
- Operate multiple embroidery machines efficiently to meet daily production targets
- Monitor machine performance during operation, making adjustments as necessary to ensure quality standards are met
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, stitch quality, and adherence to design specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and functioning optimally
- Troubleshoot common machine issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to meet deadlines and improve workflow processes
Requirements
- Proven experience operating embroidery or sewing machines in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Strong understanding of garment construction and sewing techniques
- Familiarity with designing or working with embroidery software is a plus
- Basic knowledge of sewing machine maintenance and troubleshooting skills
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial for understanding production flow and safety procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Experience:
- Embroidery: 2 years (Required)
- Tajima Machine: 1 year (Preferred)
