Let’s be completely transparent: we operate an electric, high-frequency sales floor. This role is high-volume, highly competitive, and built strictly for those who want to dominate. If you have the grit to grind on the phones, we will build you into a six-figure producer.
THE LAUNCHPAD (MORTGAGE ASSOCIATE)
• Day-One Income: Start immediately at $15/hour PLUS a $2 bonus for every live transfer you successfully hand off to our senior floor.
• Fully Sponsored Licensing: We heavily invest in your evolution. We will completely cover the cost of your NMLS education, state testing, and all initial licensing fees.
THE ENDGAME (LICENSED LO) Graduate the program, secure your license, and seamlessly transition onto the sales floor as a full-fledged Mortgage Loan Officer.
• 100 BPS Flat Payout: Tap into our completely transparent, industry-leading 100 Basis Points flat payout. No tiered rollbacks, no hidden margins. Your earning ceiling is dictated entirely by your volume.
• Abundant Leads Provided: Stop prospecting. We feed the machine with high-quality, live-transfer leads so your pipeline is never empty. Your phone rings, you pitch the rate, lock the loan, and move on.
