Overview
We are actively seeking a Bilingual Spanish/Experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic staffing agency dedicated to connecting talented individuals with local employment opportunities. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing through various channels including social media marketing, HR sourcing tools, and internal databases such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Lever, Taleo, or PeopleSoft.
- Manage full cycle recruiting processes from initial outreach and cold calling to interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates through effective communication, relationship management strategies, and regular follow-up.
- Utilize talent management software to track applicant progress, update candidate profiles, and generate lead generation reports.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law in all recruiting activities, including employment contracts, employee orientation, and employee relations.
- Engage in high-volume recruitment efforts for various roles by employing targeted research techniques and leveraging HR systems such as Kronos or UltiPro.
- Conduct technical recruiting for specialized positions requiring specific skill sets; participate in campus recruitment initiatives when applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate evaluations, employee evaluations, and employee relations documentation.
- Collaborate with HR legal compliance teams to adhere to employment law standards and best practices.
- Support training & development initiatives aimed at enhancing recruitment strategies and talent management skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist with a strong background in full cycle recruiting across multiple industries.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is essential for effective communication with diverse candidates.
- Demonstrated proficiency with talent management software such as Lever, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or UltiPro.
- Knowledge of HR legal compliance, employment law, and labor regulations relevant to recruitment practices.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to effectively manage candidate expectations and client relationships.
- Experience with high-volume recruitment campaigns and technical recruiting for specialized roles.
- Familiarity with social media marketing for recruitment purposes and lead generation techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong research skills for candidate sourcing through various channels including cold calling and online platforms.
