What You'll Do
As a Welder at Prime Machine, you'll work on a variety of custom fabrication, repair, and restoration projects in both our shop and the field.
Your responsibilities will include:
- MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and specialty alloys
- Fabricating and repairing large industrial components and structures
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Performing field welding and repair work at customer facilities
- Collaborating with machinists, mechanics, engineers, and project teams
- Maintaining high quality, safety, and workmanship standards

Preferred Qualifications:
- Welding experience in fabrication, repair, or industrial environments
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Welding certifications are a plus, but not required
