This sales role requires speaking with patients in person to schedule surgical appointments with our office. This role requires knowledge of medical insurance, medical terminology, phone etiquette, and types of surgeries offered by our office.

Job Description:
- Schedule surgical appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars.
- Conduct regular follow ups with patients, using methods such as phone calls and text messages.
- Answer patient questions about products, prices, and appointment availability.
- Contact new or existing customers to discuss how specific products or services can meet their needs.
- Emphasize surgical benefits, based on analyses of customers’ needs and on technical knowledge of surgery capabilities and limitations.
- Collect payment information for surgical appointments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies or marketing information.
- Update and upload patient information into various systems for new and existing patients.
- Inform patients of the estimated medical insurance benefits and participation.
Qualifications:
- High School education or equivalent is required.
- 1+ years of previous sales experience is preferred.
- Be able to sit for long periods of time.
- Be able to communicate clearly and professionally with patients.
- Be able to create and maintain positive relationships with patients and co-workers.
- Must be comfortable on the phone and have good phone skills.
- Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying information received from patients and co-workers.
- Must have basic problem-solving skills.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Must be able to maintain composure and objectivity while under pressure.
Occasional weekend work is required.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
