Madison Medical Resort is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to perform swallow evaluations and cognitive therapy for residents in our 124-bed building. This role manages patient care for short-term rehabilitation residents alongside long-term clinical care. You will work directly with therapy staff and nursing teams to implement treatment plans and coordinate diet modifications.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cognitive, speech, and bedside swallow evaluations for residents.
- Manage dysphagia cases and coordinate diet texture updates with the culinary team.
- Enter clinical documentation daily into the facility EMR system.
- Partner with physical and occupational therapy teams to build discharge plans.
- Guide residents and family members through care plans and treatment goals.
Compensation, Schedule & Benefits
- Pay Rate: Starting at 50-55/hr, scaling upward with experience
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday

Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Must pass a standard criminal background check
- Must pass a drug screening
- Reliable transportation for consistent attendance
