The Social Spectrum provides center-based, in-home, and community-based ABA therapy, OT, and Speech for individuals ages 18 months through 21 years throughout New Jersey. What You'll Do
Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will:
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and young adults
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Accurately collect session data and complete documentation
- Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to support client progress

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with children preferred (ABA or special needs experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing, sitting, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., and actively engaging with children
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
