We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Assist in the garment construction process, following established protocols and specifications.
- Operate sewing machines and other related equipment to produce high-quality products.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of production schedules.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace, adhering to safety regulations.
- Support inventory management by assisting with warehouse tasks as needed.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major concerns to supervisors.
Skills
- Proficient in garment construction techniques and sewing practices.
- Experience operating sewing machines and familiarity with their maintenance.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, contributing to overall efficiency in production tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output in all aspects of production.
