Position Summary
The incumbent in this position is responsible for assisting the Director with the supervision of the day-to-day administrative functions of the Pharmacy Program. The individual oversees and coordinates support services such as staff, payroll, accounts payable, purchasing, employee travel, and payroll support. The incumbent oversees all recordkeeping requirements for all pharmacy locations; assists the management with quality data collection and documentation; serves as liaison to the pharmacy vendors, and pharmaceutical representatives and other pharmacy support organizations. The individual supervises and coordinates monthly staff meetings, analyzes information and prepares monthly reports, audit/monitor invoices and payment process. Considerable independent judgment and initiative is exercised in conformance with standard operating policies and procedures.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent is required. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field is preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of considerable experience in clerical supervisory or office management work is required. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Incumbent must possess excellent customer service skills and must be able to work independently or within diverse groups. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages required. Incumbent. Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Pay: $57,000.00 - $70,500.00 per year
