We are a thriving wellness office seeking a HIGH-ENERGY, RELIABLE, COMMITTED, Chiropractic Assistant to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, friendly, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ability to deal with a wide variety of people and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining outstanding customer service is required. Must be tech-savvy and able to answer phones, scheduling appointments, insurance verifications (can train) interact with patients, handle money, has attention to detail and be a team-player.
Our office is growing and the ideal candidate must be adaptable and able to keep their cool under pressure. We specialize in families and youth athletes so you must love hanging with families, including newborns, toddlers, kids, and pregnant women.
Starting hours for this position are:
MANDATORY SCHEDULE: Shift (please note these hours are not flexible or negotiable):
Mondays 7:00am-2:00pm
Wednesdays 7:00am-2:00pm
Fridays 7:00am-2:30pm
Additional position requirements:
- Recognize this is not a “time clock” job and sometimes staying later than your scheduled time may be necessary.
- Holding babies, entertaining toddlers....this is all part of the family environment! Be willing to do whatever it takes to make our families feel comfortable.
- We are a small business with only a few employees. We are looking for someone who is committed to showing up for their shifts.
