We’re looking for a confident, dependable LPN Charge Nurse who thrives in a fast-paced long-term care environment and takes pride in guiding a strong team.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and supervise CNA staff on your assigned unit
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes
- Ensure care plans are followed and documented accurately
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and team members
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Missouri LPN license
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
